• CHARGING: For charging there are 56 public chargers around the island. You can get the https://www.plugshare.com/ app or check out their website for all locations and names of location, phone numbers and GPS Google Maps locations. There's also the Tesla app and locations map in the Tesla but you can also call the hotels or locations you're staying to find out if they have any private chargers on site. The Tesla comes with all the adapters for public charging and for home use. Using a regular 3 prong outlet or preferrably the dryer/stove outlets charge nearly as fast as the home charger which is the fastest charger 2nd to Teslas super chargers and charge 45 miles an hour so plugging it each night should be adequate for a full charge each morning. As a back up we have free overnight charging at our location at 591 Haleakala Hwy across from the Costco gas station and can provide an additional rental car for the night and/or a day for just a one-time $25 cleaning charge for additional convenience.
